Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping (Overnight): Delivery within 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location.
  • You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order via the carrier’s website.
  • You can also view your order status by logging into your Shopify account and going to your order history.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Weather conditions
    • High order volume (e.g., during holidays)
    • Carrier delays
  • Please allow extra time for deliveries during busy seasons like holidays or sales events.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking update.
  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist you in getting a replacement or refund.

8. Address Changes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately at orders@milltownpharmacy.com or at 732-828-0080. We may be able to update your address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

9. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
